Mel Gibson’s family is expanding once again as his girlfriend of two years, Rosalind Ross, is pregnant with the actor’s baby.

A rep for The Expendables 3 star confirmed to People that Gibson, 60, is expecting his ninth child — his first with Ross, 26 — early next year.

“Mel and Rose are so excited about the baby,” a source told the magazine. “Mel loves being a dad and he and Rose can’t wait to be parents together. The last two years have been some of his happiest years he’s ever had.”
