some one should plz explain 2 me,the EFCC boss Ribadu was yesterday promoted.was he a police officer? Though i gathered from the tabloids that he was an assistant commissioner of police hitherto now. besides, does the president have such right to make some one a police officer making him fly as high as a commissioner? |

Ribadu has been a police commissioner b4 the EFCC, so his promotion is deserved |
