Dear Forum Members,

There are six days to go on Stand Up this year. Our target is 15 million. We want you all to join us in campaign against poverty by contributing to this topic from 16th to 18th October 2009. 

It’s a yearly event and Millions of Nigerians have been participating from every nook and crannies of the Country. It’s a Global event and it is legal to fight poverty in our lands.

We therefore want to ask all who read this write up to kindly join us in campaigning against poverty by a way of contribution to this post.

How do you indicate your involvement in this stand up event?

Like I said, the annual Global Call to Action against Poverty Initiated by the United Nations Millennium Campaign commence on Friday 16th trough Sunday 18th October 2009.

All you need to do here is to comment on this post by saying any of the following “I Say Bye to Poverty”, “I Stand against Poverty” and “Poverty must go in Our Lands”.

By this we will know that you are part of the Global Campaign against poverty and the total number of participants will be taken on Sunday 18th at exactly 3pm.

With these numbers, we shall all remind Governments at all levels of their promises.
