If other qualifications are not yours then you cannot claim its you. Just having the name and state in common is not enough, besides there is a big difference btw ali kamal and aliyu kamaldeen.

So ur comments seemed directed at MFA...atleast there is a rebuttable presumption to your statement. if u were living in ABJ, I would have advised u try ur luck, but since the qualification and other information er not urs, it's quit hard to tell u to go, cos it might end up being a waste of trans
