Job Position: Front Office Executive/ Customer Relationship Executive (Preferably candidates living within surulere and its environs)

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for providing support to the Business Support Services unit with regard to the proper management of the front office of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform all front desk duties to include manning the switchboard, receiving, endorsing and recording letters, applications and documents and channeling same to the appropriate personnel; receipt and distribution of incoming mail, as well as the dispatch of outgoing mail when required

• Oversee and maintain appearance of the front office and other open areas, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for customers and visitors.

• Welcome customers and visitors, register presence and ensure they are comfortable. Inform the appropriate party and direct the visiting party appropriately.

• Receive and channel all customer telephone inquiries to the right department/personnel.

• Manage the Company’s database of contacts, generated from the visitor’s register, telephone register, and other means.

• Prepare periodic incident reports on irregular activities within the Company

• Log and resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating to other support units where necessary. Track escalated queries, wherever appropriate to ensure effective resolution.

• Carry out any other function assigned to you.
