Maybe the confusion is the adjectival phrase. As some posters had pointed out, we may be into something different from recession. I do however know that, what we're in right now is worse than recession. I think the FG should know that, the people of Nigeria would rather go into recession and have roads, power supply and food than stay in this so called present situation of "surplus" and die in sorrows.

The government is not 100% sure of the population, no target has ever been met, I've never seen a Nigeria without recession.
A country where all its medical doctors and engineering graduates are bankers. its not all maths alone. May God bless my country. Only one thing keeps us moving forward----the excess of the stolen wealth. if only they can steal everything but its so much not even their children can finish it. But b4 then our children will be wise even if not by amnesty but by education.
