More Militants Surrender Arms In Imo State As Gov Okorocha Assures Of Amnesty. Speaking at the event, "General" Felix leader of Niger Delta Red Squad assured the Governor of their resolve to embrace peace and reintegrate into the society. He traced his apprenticeship from militant groups in Rivers State and asked for forgiveness for the economic sabotage and loss of lives their activities caused the state blaming it on the unfair attitude and activities of the oil companies operating in the area. Gov Rochas Okorocha commended them for embracing the Amnesty assuring them that he would take their matter to the Federal government.
