We have not had light since and just yesterday AEDC brought the light from 8:00PM to 06:45AM, and they came today cut the wire in the street and we not had light for like six 6 month, But it just only the (D Kapital school) Bwari street that don't have light , we were asked to pay for #200,000 and also pay for Pre Paid Meter PLEASE POST IT ON FRONT PAGE .......LALA, SEUN |
