I studied Animal science, please I want you to guide me in my selection. between Akwa Ibom and Delta State from the same geopolitical zone which one am I to choose, considering the following factors:

=>the place that has more agricultural firm (livestock farms to be precise)
=> place with low cost of living
=> where I will be opportune to be posted to farms for my PPA
=> Place with job opportunities

suggestions on other states from different geopolitical zones is accepted too.
