You the buyer!

Guy, the traders would also lose money by not selling. And God help those who took loans to run their businesses...just calculate the interest rate that would mount up, when there is no business being done to service the loans! wink

Akwa Ibom and cross river states are not part of this show of shame. I Believe my brother states sush as Edo, Rivers, Delta And Bayelsa are doing same. I would rather die a Nigerian if i can't get a Niger Delta State. We cannot trust Igbo people.

But Goodluck Ebele Jonathan a Bayesan nearly lost Akwa-Ibom and Edo states to Buhari during the election, where is the brotherly trust there?

GenBuhari:
There is some powerful forces and money behind this campaign.
Likely American CIA secret service money.

The average Igbo does not care for Biafra or IPOB .

My daughters went to school in Anambra state. those pictures of empty markets may have been taken on any public holiday , but if truely the markets are shut, then it is not because of people are supporting the IPOB, but because the markets are shut against the traders and the shoppers will, by the owners of the market who may have been bribed or blackmailed.

You can blame the Americans or blame the Chinese, Igbos are tired of injustice and want to live decently in their own country. it is their Fundamental Human right to choose where to belong and you cannot do a thing about it.

Like every Fulani person, you don't understand Igbo.

Only Emir Lamido Sanusi understands Igbo mindset very accurately and he predicted what is happening today more than 10 years ago.

[quote]When unemployed people sit at home in protest for a fruitless and fraudulent agitation, what difference does that make on the economy?
The enlightened Igbo elites know well that Biafra is a fraudulent fraud that wouldn't see the light of the day.

You are really Mr nobody , simply mind your business. why are you bothered ?

On Sunday, IPOB and MASSOB issued a directive that people should stay at home today to protest Kanu’s detention – for many months.
The groups ordered all the markets in the Southeast, banks, institutions, motorist and civil liberty groups to shut down activities.
_ the nation newspaper

My question is why should a group of touts impose something like this to the entire comunity.
Obviously, the people sitting at home are not doing it voluntarily. There are being forced by a group of holigans to do this. This violates the average nigerian rights to an extent.
When dem put another idiot for kuje now, una go begin dey rant.

The Nigeria Police and army promised to give protection to law abiding citizens who wish to go about their lawful businesses. they have been patrolling everywhere even with area cover. no one is forced to stay from their businesses. voluntarily people are observing the sit at home in solidarity with our fallen heroes. you may wish to think otherwise to console yourself
