Summary: According to Ayurveda (Indian's trado medicine), there are three body constitutions. One is space and water. One is fire and water. One is earth and water. The type of body constitution you have determines your temperament, and, to a great extent, your likes and dislikes. To stay healthy, you must balance your body constitution (dosha). To balance it, you meat the types of food good for that dosha and avoid or cut down on the ones not good for it. I have followed it for many years and it works. Do you know anyone brushes 4 times a day and still has bad breath? And someone who hardly remembers to brush but is just fine? Someone who hardly eats sugar but has diabetes, and someone who drinks coke every day but is just fine? That's body constitution at work!
