Pastor, ‘madam Cash, Others Arraigned For Child Theft In Delta State by maximunimpact(m): 1:53pm On Sep 24, 2016
A popular Onitsha based pastor, Chinedu Strongson and four other persons, including Abigail Nwakanma, popularly called Madam Cash, were yesterday arraigned before an Asaba Chief Magistrate Court for child stealing and abduction. Others arraigned alongside the duo are Ifeoma Ayadike, Obioma Nnoruka and Chike Agwuenenu while Ebere Afam and Ekwi who were also arraigned in absentia.

The accused persons were arrested in Asaba, Okpanam in Delta State and Ogidi in Anambra State early this month by police operatives in the state over alleged cases of child stealing in Delta and other states.

They were slammed with four count charges ranging between conspiracy, child stealing, abduction, depriving and denying the suspected stolen from the custody of their parents.

The charges read thus: that you Abigail Nwakama and others mentioned above between July and September 1, 2016 within the Asaba Magisterial District conspired among yourselves to commit felony to wit; child stealing/abduction, thereby committed an offence punishable under section 516 of the Criminal Code Law Cap C21 Vol. 1, laws of Delta State of Nigeria.

Count two and three also read that the accused persons at St. Brigid’s Road in Asaba, with intent to deprive one Yahaya Aisha of the possession of her daughter, stole one Fatima Yahaya aged 11 months and took her to Onitsha and also stole one Chidiebere, eight years from the parents, thereby committed a crime punishable under the criminal code and under the Child Rights Act.

The accused persons were charged in count four between August 30, 2016 removed one Emmanuel Amuche, four years from the custody and protection of his parents, thereby committed an offence punishable under the Child Rights Acts 2003.

When the four charges were read to the accused persons, the trial Chief Magistrate ordered that the accused persons be remanded in Ogwashi Uku and Agbor Prisons while the case file be sent to the Director of Public Prosecution for legal advice. The case has been adjourned to October 10, 2016 by the court.

Omg innocent kids ignorant of the gravity of evil and hardship this woman wants to bring upon them, people are so devilish this days, why would someone want put such a cute baby through all this, those pastors are the greatest demons after politicians
