Well, I guess he called it such cause it sports the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC 820, along with graphics handler adreno 530, same spotted by other high end devices such as Samsung S7, LG G5.
Less expensive phones such as Lenovo Zuk Z2 and Xiaomi mi5 also spots similar config

Nokia should forget about mobile phone and venture into the manufacturing of vehicle electronics, like Siemens is doing.
