Even our dear PMB is over 70 years of age. Both Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton are in their 60s and nobody is raising an eyebrow concerning their ages.
Besides, is it the sagging, iPhone chasing youths that have so far not shown any readiness for leadership that she should leave the stage for? If she means well for her people,so be it. And if any young person feels he/she has what it takes, they should slug it out at the polls.

Old age is not a sin and I will not be one of those who will insist that those who have become 'old' should stay out of leadership positions. Their experiences are needed. However, my question is where are the youths of this Iperu Ward 3 and why do they have to allow this retired teacher to be the one to represent them as a councillor.
At her age, I do not think this woman has much she will be doing as a councillor, except to fulfill a lifelong desire to be addressed as Honorable.
