Epididymitis is an inflammation of male epididymis. It could occur among men of all ages, especially among ages of 20 to 39. 5.Trauma. Epididymitis can be caused by a groin injury.

6.Tuberculosis. Rarely, tuberculosis infection can cause epididymitis.
