Any kind of phone. It's better we heed to it. Our lives/safety is more important than a minute usage of the phone while charging.

Instead, unplug it from charging before you make or recieve any calls.

I'm not saying is advisable.
Not because a set or a particular fish killed an helmet crab doesn't poise all fish to be deadly on helmet crabs.
