Want to stay fit and free from obesity? you are @ the right place!
1. No snacks-Three balanced meal is o.k. anything inbetween makes you fat.
2. No seconds,,moderate first helpings @ meal o.k
3. No soft drinks-a bottle of coke contains 150 calories.Diet coke preferably.
4. No deserts.
5. Half hour excercise before meal.
6. Always eat low calorie snacks
7. Pick up a hobby that prevent you from wandering into the kitchen every hour, and lastly, have a hot drink half hour before meal to help you eat less.
