This is not about plugs or coil issue at all (we have already confirmed all that ) the compression at cylinder 4 and 6 is so low that is below 100psi compared to other ones which are well above 160 psi.
Mind you the standard manufacturer minimum compression threshold for that engine is 142 psi as depicted in diagram image below .
With such ridiculously low compression i dont think we need to seek for further spiritual consultation that the effect such will have on the engine will outweigh any argument against lack of using any oem or supersonic plugs or premium fuel
