The funds could have come from any other legitimate sources from families and friends apart from his salaries. the bottom line here is he has been investigated and found not wanting. If u feel suspicious that the investigation wasn't throughly done then hire a private investigator to get the job done or wait till when this govt leaves and the next will do his own investigation. Those are the two options left for u other than wailing. Or better still invoke the FOI law to secure and get ur answers. The bitter truth here is u are just insinuating.
