A white man broke traffic rules along Asokoro in Abuja, which prompted law enforcement agencies to intercept him and bring him to order because he nearly caused an accident. According to a Facebook user Emmanuel, he says that the official was even allegedly making some braggart statements of how he cannot be arrested. When the traffic officers apprehended him, he said that nothing will happen even if the President Buhari was there. Is this not an insult to our beloved country? http://www.blackberrybabes.com/2016/10/not-even-buhari-can-arrest-me-white-man.html lalasticlala
