If such development is going on during the recession, you can imagine how it will be when Nigeria bounces back to its feet. Yes Nigeria will bounce back to its feet.

Hmmmm... I hear say the Eko Atlantic was reclaimed from the water. There was no land there before. Are you guys thinking what I am thinking? Bar Beach over flow its banks sometime and it was not actually reclaimed. What will not happen to a land that was reclaimed? Na ask I dey ask o. Do you know what happened to the old California. It submerged into the Sea and a present day California emerged. For me I will not be in a hurry to pack my things over there o. I will be watching as events unfold.

Nope, the one you are asking about is the tunkey housing project behind osbourne estate, ikoyi. Although being sandfilled also, It's mostly residential with no highrise or industrial projects.

Eko Atlantic is at old barbeach in VI, you can access through awolowo road.

Still waiting for the day construction ends on this project. I've been reading news of it since 2010 yet no/slow progress. I'm still waiting on the Millenium tower Abuja to face completion, it's already five years too late.
