I am constructing an comprehensive auto repair and customization center on the Lagos mainland in a highly populated area on Lagos Mainland. I have about 60% of the important equipments needed and commenced the construction of the workshop few months ago. Now, i am completely cas strapped and each day the facility is delayed from starting, we are losing a lot of potential income every single day.

I have been trying my best to seek self funds but i have not been successful and now i need an investor who would invest so workers return to the site and the construction is completed soonest.

Spent almost 10 Million Naira of my funds so far and the facility still needs about 6.5 Million Naira to 100% completion and kickoff.

We need to finish the the entire facility, but the rest of the equipment to use, get a few materials and we would be earning so much from the first day, as there is nothing like that in the entire area the facility is sited and it would be serving more than 4 large local governments.

If we are able the facility up and running in the professional way i have intended, we would not even be able to meet up demands.

Right now, i am looking at an investment for a percentage interest and i would pay it all off in 6 months or less.

Just wish we start quickly as the expectations are already building up.
