There was a mild drama at the Margaret Ekpo International Airport in Calabar on Friday as supporters of Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade who came to welcome him from his trip to Abuja, arrived the airport carrying mock coffin of Mr Joe Agi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria who contested the 2015 PDP governorship primary with Ayade.


The supporters besieged the airport in solidarity with Ayade ahead of the Dec. 9 Supreme Court judgement in a case of alleged falsification of his age instituted by Mr Joe Agi, who is challenging the eligibility of Ayade to contest the primary.
