A Medium sized business solution outfit requires the service of an HR consultant-in-training to join the recruitment arm of its business. The candidates should meet the following requirement;

• A confident and positive attitude
• Preferably female not less than 23 years
• candidates should reside within Ojota and its axis
• A professional manner and carriage
• Excellent communication and people skill
• Ability to work under pressure and meet target
• Good sales and administrative skill
• Experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in applications such as word processing and PowerPoint is critical
• Academic qualification should be B.Sc. or its Equivalent
Duties will include
Cold calling' companies to generate new business
Getting vacancy details from employers
Taking part in Interviewing and testing job seekers
Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
Building relationships with employers and job seekers
Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
Keeping records and negotiating fees
You'll usually work between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may need to work on Saturdays especially to be part of candidate’s interview
You'll be mainly office-based, but will also spend some of your time visiting employers.
