John 9:31 “We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly man who does his will” (NIV)

“It is well known that God isn’t at the beck and call of sinners, but listens carefully to anyone who lives in reverence and does his will.” (MSG)

People in Jesus’ time knew that God only listens to the godly man who lives in reverence of Him and does His will. How is it that we believe that Christianity begins and ends with just believing in Jesus and merely confessing Him with our lips and not our actions?

How have we believers of the 21st century become so brainwashed to think that God doesn’t really care about our actions and only regards what we confess? Even the devil believes and knows that Jesus is Lord! So if we think that believing Jesus is the only thing that matters without a change of the inner man, what difference will there be between us and the devil? NONE! The Bible is very clear on this matter. [James 2:19]

Jesus is both Lord and saviour of the Christian. Lord, according to the word web e-dictionary, is the English word for the one who has authority over others. If Jesus is saviour and Lord, then He should have authority over His followers. Sadly, Christians often refuse the authority and Lordship of Jesus in their everyday lives and then attempt to be holy all through Sunday. That’s not acceptable.

This is a call to be serious. We cannot afford to be lazy nonchalant Christians. We have to be zealous for the sake of the Kingdom.

From the scripture above, any man who doesn’t live in the reverential fear of God nor accepts His will is classified as a sinner. Sin isn’t only when we disobey the ten commandments, every disobedience and ungodliness is sin. An ordinary Jew and the other Jews who had only Moses knew that God doesn’t listen to sinners but to the godly man who does His will. Do you know this too?

Basically your god is a tyrant. Suck his c**k or you get nothing. The so called "sinners" are doing far better than those you kiss the feet of the dea of the bible god
