Road safety are the ones that should be called upon. These guys/thieves are busy hanging out on 'premium' roads like Lekki/ajah expressway stopping good looking vehicles whom they feel their owners can settle should they find anything wrong. It's like they have a sales target. Meanwhile the next time you walk past any of these containers just take a look at the tires.....they are usually worn out and smooth. How wont the tumble over when they cant grip the road anymore?
