Report has it that there are four zambian players who were removed from that test but the bigots only focus on the two who score goals, because talking about the other two just doesn’t fit the narrative they want to push… 3 Likes

Deltamani: Lucy Zelic who is an Australian journalist has cried out saying that the Australia women's team struggled to get a win over Zambia 6-5 because some players that Zambia are using to play against them are young talented guys that are disguise as women. Australia defeated Zambia 6-5 on Sunday and Barbar Banda and Rachael kundananji scored the five goals for Zambia, and sister Lucy zelic who happens to be an Australian journalist has said that both of them are not supposed to participate in the tournament if FIFA are really serious. Lucy said that when FIFA was still doing gender test all by themselves Barbar Banda and Rachael kundananji Missed many tournaments because the level of their testosterone was high but ever since they started allowing countries to be doing it by themselves that was when both players pass the test. Lucy said that she's not calling them boys she doesn't have evidence but still maintain that both of them are not suppose to be playing in women's tournament. |

Instead of just saying Nigeria generally, there's a particular body or person responsible for this madness he/she should be named and publicly shamed yinkeys: 1 Like |

isan: Exactly, the person who’s in charge of registering the Athletes that made the mistake should be called out and publicly disgraced… You can’t tell me that you were able to register the rest but Ofili’s name was the only one to escape you. 1 Like |

Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by lovewins: 11:15am On Jul 31 |
isan: You missed the point. This isn't a person problem but a systemic problem. It's easy to scapegoat someone to take the fall but the problem will still remain because it is system. Just 4 years ago something similar happened and it had nothing to do with registration, rather it was that the athletes were supposed to undergo certain tests that the AFN didn't communicate and fund. 14 athletes including Favour Ofili were affected. At the World championship of 2022, Ezinne Abba who was born in the US but decided to represent Nigeria was called why she was about to board her flight that she can no longer participate. Why? The AFN didn't carry out a final test and they weren't willing to even though she could still do it prior to the start of the event. She has since gone back to represent the USA as she. Note that this happened after the testing incident of the 2021 Olympics. The Dtigress were arbitrarily withdrawn after qualification from the World cup by the minister of Sports because he had beef with the NBBF president. Just a few weeks ago, these girls had to take an 8 hour bus drive just to play a friendly in Serbia cause the federation couldn't buy them plane tickets. Some u17 baseball players (both boys and girls) travelled by road to Ghana to participate in the African qualification event. Against all odds they qualified and returned again by road. Guess what? They didn't get to attend the championship in Egypt despite the stress they went through because the federation claims they couldn't fund it. I could go on an on giving you several examples across several sporting federations. This doesn't even include the shenanigans we see in the football space with the NFF. My point is, we have a systemic problem which obviously includes lack of accountability. Until we fix it we are sadly going no where. Don't worry something like this will happen again I'm a few months or years and we will come to this. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Still someone still has to be responsible for the system, the responsibility has to rest on someone shoulder , the system can't fix itself lovewins: |

isan:Someone named one Samuel Obiweku or so. That he's the one in charge of entries. 2nd omission is already sabotage. |

daveP:He’s supposed to have resigned or be sacked. When quick decisions are taken and people are shown no mercy for mediocrity, the system gets better. |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 12:36pm On Jul 31 |
isan:Is it far fetched if they say so? Other countries use that term and it's not a big deal, especially in a corrupt environment as this. How will two federations that represent the country not bear the brunt of that generalization? The issue that now remains is that our media has unanimously perfected this craft of hiding names so well that it is now the standard. Police officer kill, they won't drop name Soldier do this or that same MO Thief caught in public agency, same Boss somewhere responsible sabotages, all same MO. Nigeria will continue to bear such burden of said individuals until the right things are done and justice is not perverted or coaxed. 1 cocky fellow sitting somewhere in a sport federation office with AC feeling too powerful and arrogant over the hardwork and sweat of an athlete that is so dedicated like Favour?? |

Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 12:42pm On Jul 31 |
GeneralDae:provided the system continues to remain this way, any form of justice will be merely a scapegoat situation. Because another even more incompetent fellow will fill in that void and no one can predict the level of tyranny that will follow. Things as flimsy as ego comes between sport bosses and that's how career and sweat of athletes nosedive. In a sane sports system with accountability, such two bosses will never smell a sports administration job ever again, even in their state. If that happens, others will sit up. But where is the presence of fear and shame needed?? |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by isan(m): 12:46pm On Jul 31 |
So is Nigeria a single person? You have to name the organization or the person that has wronged you any way to clean up the system daveP: |

isan:You know name calling is not the way by the affected. You don't expect Favor to call out the name. She has called out the bodies involved. It is majorly fans that brought Nigeria in. The elephants that scattered the grass can't be the ones to clean the grass or restore it. System can't clean until upright and clean handed folks are in it and fear nobody powerful. Dora Akunyili kind of personalities need to be in majority in Sports Federations to achieve cleaning. Till then.... |

daveP: Exactly… Wingers that hardly turn their back when with the ball, they will run at you! Like Catch me if you can. But I haven’t seen anyone in that frame from the U20 qualifying games till date. But again let me take you guys back, I would have picked Ordega ahead of Ifeoma Onumonu going to the Olympics.. She’s still among the top3 quickest forwards we have.! 1 Like |

Omo I hope waldrum didn't invite MacLean after 2 years to keep her on the bench throughout the Olympics? Because if you're calling back a player you haven't found useful in 2years then you must have a very important role for the player . Except the coach didn't call the player himself |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by lovewins: 1:20pm On Jul 31 |
daveP: Funny thing is they have a better chance at qualifying than Nigeria does. They are currently at 0 points with +2 goal difference. They just need to win and they are guaranteed 2nd place in their group. My prayer is they lose sha cause winning just makes things very complicated for us. 1 Like |

daveP:Presence of fear and shame from whom? There are people who are there already who should be responsible for check and balances and who should be feared, but are doing nothing. That’s what is refffered to by some here as the system. The bad system is simply people not doing their job. |

lovewins:Absolutely. Na Drone spoil Canada Who came up with such idea sef? See how action of a few don sabotage everyone's dreams!! I hate such moments. Same with Ofili omission right now. Village pipu don add Canada as international branch office. Whatever the outcome today, i pray we net at least. That's the most annoying aspect of this Olympics outing for me. |
