My fiance had his k1 fiance visa interview set 29 and was denied because the counselor believed we were married. This was in India. I had on traditional dress for the engagement party. But we are not married. Then we were told to apply for marriage visa which we can't because we are not married and have no marriage certificate. One does not exist. We are in the right category. Is there any way to have them take a second look we can take court affadavits proving we were not married. Any help? We reached out to congressman to see if he can be of any help. Please help I can't travel back to India now to marry because we have a 1 month old baby together.
