Pls Moderator & Nairalanders I need your usual help on hp compact nc 6000 cd rom (that CD that usualy come with a newly purchased PC or laptops, that you firstly run and install the laptop's softwares from). I've just gotten a new laptop, and i need to retrieve all my vital files from the old one (hp compact nc 6000) but no file is opening on it anymore unless i run the starter CD ROM on.
