Before telc. Operators in Nigeria upgraded from 3G to 3.75G, most China Smartphones designed for Nigeria were designed for only 3G.... But they had to upgrade to the H+ later on.

So don't be surprised if you grab some old China android phone and there is no H+

ok, 3G is the basic H is 3.5G and H+ I think is 3.75G
that's something like their hierarchy. 3G is less than H which is less than H+.
that means more phones would support 3G and/or H than would support H+.
I once used a phone that the highest I could get was H and no H+.
