There is something called a "steer". He doesn't have to do it personally but he certainly can give a steer from above on "how" these restructuring should be done and his subordinates of course will ensure it's done.

Don't get it wrong okay? Spreading of rumour is not included in Freedom of Speech. U can't be lying and be claiming Freedom of Speech. If u are nabbed, u will start shouting dictatorship upandan even though u can't provide the source of the information. Democracy is not about lying.

You are really funny. I am not going to spend time arguing with you any longer. Whether you accept it or not, there is freedom of speech and no president can stop that. This is a global world we live in now.

And I will tell you that lying is not part of that freedom. Funny how some of u reason. If u lie in the name of that freedom and u can't defend urself in the court, u will end up behind bars. And note, no president can actually stop u from exercising that right but don't abuse it. One of the ways u can abuse it is by lying and that will throw u behind bars. It is through that globalisation u can easily be nabbed. Keep spreading falsehood in the name of Freedom of Speech.
