COMFORT :- One of the worries of Human beings is COMFORTABILITY. That is, Human beings want to be comfortable/at ease or peace at various levels /stages of their life.
Human beings do worry about Where, What and How to live in;
WHERE to live:- People do worry about community, location or environment they want to live with their entire households. For example; some may like or noisy area, some like quiet area etc.
WHAT to live in:- People do concern themselves with type of buildings or apartments they want/like to live in. Some may like Duplex, Bungalow, Bedroom flat etc.
HOW to live in:- People have different designs/structures of how they want their buildings/apartments to look like and arrangements of their stuff e.g, kitchen, dinning, study room, living room, bedroom etc. They as well take appearance into cognizance i.e color of the paint of the building/apartment.

What's common among these people at their various economic/financial levels is that they like, want and need comfort. They want to be at peace with their minds, at ease with their life and convenience in their homes.
