NYSC - The Best And Highest Paying States For National Youth Services In Nigeria 2016 / 2017

We recently published a post on all you need to know concerning NYSC orientation camp. In this post, we shall expose the best states for National Youth Service in Nigeria and the highest paying states for NYSC.

As we are aware that the NYSC 2016 Batch A posting would soon commence. Most prospective corp members and graduates would be surfing the internet on the three states to chose as their best states for National Youth Service.

To answer the question – What are the best states for National Youth Service in Nigeria?, we used the following factors to create a formidable list:

Security
States that pay the highest allowance (allawee)
Hospitality
Most graduates would opt for big cities while some would want rural areas. Either ways, the choice is yours

Best States For National Youth Service In Nigeria 2016

Lagos State (South west)
Ogun State (South west)
Plateau (North Central)
Akwa Ibom (South south)
Enugu (South East)
Rivers state (South south)
Cross River (South south)
Osun State (South west)
Niger state (North Central)
List of Highest paying states for NYSC

Benue State - 20,000
Ebonyi state - 19,500
Akwa Ibom -N9,000
Lagos state – N15,000, N10,000 to corp members in ministry while N5000 to those serving in Local Government Areas.
Enugu State – N10,000
Jigawa State - N5,000, N10,000 to Health Workers
Sokoto – N4,000 & N9,000 to those serving in state hospitals.
Niger State - N6,000 ( Sometimes Locations They Don't Pay)
Ogun State – N5,000
Osun state – N5,000 ( Sometimes Locations They Don't Pay)
Delta State – N5,000
Ekiti State – N5,000
Kano State – N5,000
Abia State – N4,000
Oyo state – N3,800
Cross River State – N3,090
Bayelsa State – N3,000
Zamfara State- N3,000

Akwa ibom is no longer paying 10,000. They are now paying 4,900 naira.

I would advice this is not an exclusive list 'cause some of the states are not as you put it..


i.e its only around 4 l.g.a in Oyo that still pasy wot u stipulated, while osun does'nt pay anymore
