What is the best hotel in Nigeria at the moment?

Do you think that Lagos for its size has a sufficient number of good hotels of international standard (if compared to other big cities in Asia or Latin America)

And who knows if new hotels are under construction or planned in Nigeria (ans especially in Lagos and Abuja)?

I think Transcorp Hilton, Abuja is the best hotel in Nigeria, but there are decent hotels in Lagos &
Port harcourt too.
