PRESS RELEASE. ********************************** This is to inform the general public especially Imolites, that the most powerful social media group in Nigeria known as Owelle Must Continue(OMC) Social Media Group, now wish to be known and addressed as "Rescue Mission Social Media Group" (RMSMG). The decision to rebrand the social media group was taken today Thursday, 20th October, 2016, in a large expanded exco that lasted for hours. However, the rebranding is in line with the determination of the group to expand its tentacles and its desire to project further, the activities, programmes and projects of the rescue mission govt in Imo State . It should be recalled that the acronym OMC which means Owelle Must Continue came up before the 2015 general election in Imo State when some people from the opposition vowed that Owelle Must Go (OMG), Most of us who believed that Rochas has performed excellently well in his first four yrs, and should be encouraged for another tenure, said NO to such barbaric inscription online. hence we opposed them by saying "Owelle Must Continue"(OMC). Today, it is no longer news that we the OMCs defeated them and their paymasters hand down. Undoubtedly, Owelle Okorocha was re-elected by Imo people, hence, he remains the governor of Imo State till 2019, and there is nothing anybody can do about it. To this end, I, Comr. Chinagorom Christopher, on behalf of the entire social media group wish to appreciate all those who supported us in the project in one way or the other, while urgeing them to equally do same especially now that we are moving to the next level.
