Most of these end users, they have end users/web guys they ask opinion from and they also do their own research b4 they move forward with acquisition that's why in some cases the enduser disappears after agreeing price..

Followed this thread from onset, back then in 2016, I was on a site project in RCCG HQ, along Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

I followed all the steps one after the other (see evidence of the notes I took back then in my diary).

I was so busy as a site engineer working 8-8 as per site demand.

I used my spare time to go through this thread and I took the necessay steps to buy some domains.

After investing, I understood how one can fail or make profits from this domain business and wonderful keywords hoarding.

Did I make money?

Well, as against what you expected, NO. I was just a green horn. I purchased those domains you are seeing below but was only successful in parking the good ones like justspicey.com, smirked.com with Bodis.

My parking site did mail me every 7th day of the month to give me my revenue breakdown. Lo and behold, it was so low, in the $0.60. But I discovered and learn more thinks.

What did I learn from losing while winning?

#1 I got to know some authority sites which are helpful presently in my niche

#2 I started my digital marketing exploration, a journey which keeps me till now.

#3 Oh blogging started too cos I followed some domains like DN Journals, Spencer of nichepursuits, James brands of Emormoney, Karen Singh of Bloggingways, Brian Dean of BacklinkO and so many.

#4 I dabbled into domain and website flipping which in my opinion is better if you have money to invest. Get a domain, put up reach content, work on the SEO, after consistent 6 months up and doing well with Google Adsense, flip it at Flippa.com, Sedo.com

#5 I realised if I could achieve that much, I can definitely extend same to freelancing, Affiliate marketing, UX/UD design, content marketing, copywriting and many more.

Today, while I still keep my 9-5 pm job, I earn passively from all I have acquired and learn.

Done more than 20 hours of training for people who hugesomely paid and everyone are doing well on their own. Write sales marketing mails, run ads campaign for businesses, help out with brand identity etc.

I always tell my protegees, If you own a phone and still get financially broke then your are a FOOL.

Don't give your money to anyone to invest for you, you can learn this on your own or pay someone to teach you.

If you get scammed, well it may be part of the lessons you need to learn too.
