On the sale of DefiHomes, i don't really know why i got the name, probably because of the Defi hype from early last year as I picked name from the drops, listed it on afternic for $1795 initially but changed the prices of a few of my afternic listings few months back to $2488 and name sold. Again I feel the defi hype is a factor to consider on the sale although i have better defi names with zero offer for a year now.

On the sale of Farmluxe at brandpa, probably just have around 10 names listed at brandpa because of their poor results over there, use to have over 70 names listed there but their output and overall marketplace returns have been poor so removed alot of my names there last year and left just 10 names, coming into this year there were no results there still so decided to check on my listing a month ago to see how it's going and noticed on the offers dashboard that the name generated some interest and offer many months back which was turned down by brandpa and I was not even notified, Furious on finding this out I contacted support immediately and they explained that they received interest on the name but buyer did not meet my minimum offer on name which was above $1000 (I didn't even know I set that sef), I told them to recontact buyer with follow up and accept offer, which they did and i changed Bin to meet with buyers offering price. But afterwards nothing happened I kept on messaging them to get update but they said nothing yet from buyer. Weeks passed and surprisingly woke up one day to meet a sale on name after many days. Yet to recieve payment from Brandpa because of lack of payment options (no payoneer there at the moment nor transferwise as wise doesn't work well for Nigerians lately) so after back and forth with brandpa support we resolved to using bank wire transfer option but their customer service have been too slow and poor lately. Too much pain from Brandpa nowadays. (moral lesson, from this sale, if I didn't keep up the persistence probably this sale doesn't happen and I held name for 3 years happy it paid off cos I was getting tired of holding it lol.) and if you've not made a sale so far, your time will come.

Some have read it but I would love to bring it back for us to read once more. No matter how many times I read it, it just never get old.

You should know that there are some people on this thread who had greater obstacles than yours in the past yet they keep to the hustle and later smile to the bank (AwesomeDuru came to my mind, no pun or shading intended).

Also, don't be MYOPIC and conclude that you are not making sales because you come late to the Goe Domain Name Business. No you shouldn't think like that, there are some poeple who are going to make sales in the year 2020 and they are yet to discover this business by now, it has happened in the past and it will still happen in the future (ikalyfah started this business months after the end of Nestol $1 Promo, yet he inspired sales.)

I can go on with lots of reasons to never quit this business, but that is not the reason why I am writing this letter. So I will encourage you to keep pushing and never give up. Reading more and research more. Continue to register more decent domain names, become smarter with the your out boundings, stay alert, and focus on your track just like 2sexycom is found of saying.

If you stick to these advice, I believe you will be among the top Geo Domainers and inspire others to reaching the greater height in this business just like OP and host of others.

I would have loved to ask more questions. Any domainer who doesn't make a sale in two years is definitely doing something wrong. It's practically impossible if you are doing something right to be without a sale with 20 good names for six months.

I, and I know others too, will like to see these remaining seven. There are so many questions to be answered here. Are they emds, geos or Brandables? Did you outbound? Do your mails get to inbox? Is your mail address professional or just a normal gmail? Are you flexible with pricing?

What are the qualities of these names? Are they handreg or from ED? How many endusers? What are the cities' population? Are they of the right arrangements? How many endusers did you contact? How many follow up? So many questions.

Something is definitely wrong. Even village people cannot stand in your way if your names meet these requirements.
