Here are few things that worked for me:

Here is thing I normally do use LE, then use CB for authentic email. The more CB email you got, the better.

I outbound from 8pm to 6am. Almost all my sales drop at night.

Use a very crafting sales letter with subject, then follow up like you know what they're thinking.

Most follow up are majory 3 times in a week. Just like aggressive outbound.

You would get, reply, someone demanding questions or another name, clear their doubt...

There's is no right way to domaining. I outbound on weekends and midnight Nigeria time (depends on location, my email just has to drop towards evening time enduser's time).

Emails after working hours are unexpected and might need urgent attention; my opinion tho.

@ therealMcCain; It's all about trust. Also, you still get to domain processed by Dan when you enroll your domains on open distribution platform on Dan/GoDaddy channel. Just price your domain higher on GoDaddy. Interested buyer would buy regardless.
