It is very straight forward. Just print the W94 form,fill in all your details and sign..make sure your name tallies with the name on your SH dashboard.

Thanks, but when I checked SH to download the pdf, it looked like W94(written W92 actually) is for US citizens, while w8ben is for non US citizens according the article I saw on their help center. So I downloaded w8ben instead.


Now, I do not understand what to fill in the form below, especially the number 10.

You don't need all those things. Briefly explain in the tax reference/number section that you've never worked in Nigeria. Hence, you work full time as a creative on SH and freelancer on upwork.

The most important section in that form is to make sure your name tallies with the one you have on SH, Fill in your address and signature
