is there any hope for an HND holder who has passion for a lecturing job in a state polythecnic?
at least making HND an entry point in a new department in such institution.

Yes but as lab attendant or a technician

As time go on youd be given a chance to further at any university choosen by the school at their sponsorship i.e if you hadnt enrolled ur self Before then

You can later tender your upgraded cert for promotion accordingly

Mind you even as a technician or lab attendant some of the senior lecturers could stil designate their courses to you and then give you some stipend but the rule is that you wont teach or lecture in class rooms .....

Its simple, you remain in the lab until you get ur PGD or BSc though you May have an office and you are regarded as a full member staff of ur departement

But if its NEW and a STATE polytechnic... I think you May be allowed to take a course in national diploma level but if the school or departement decides to get better hands Before you upgrade.... Oyo
