I think it's true.. I read an estimate once that for a every 6 seconds that one person dies 10 babies are born...

sure earth has been in existence for billions of years,but not humans..our specie came into existence in about 100,000-200,000 years ago..not much of a long time if you ask me..and as at 100yrs ago,the world's population is probably not up to half the world's population now...so imagine human's population a thousand years ago..
