National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr John Oyegun, has said that God sent President Muhammadu Buhari to save Nigeria from collapse.

Oyegun said this in Sokoto on Friday when he declared open a three-day retreat organised by the Kano State Chapter of the party for its officials and stakeholders on political party management.

”Buhari was God-sent at the most crucial time in Nigeria’s history.
”He inherited a comatose economy and he has been strenuously working to deliver on his campaign promises centred on the economy, security and fighting corruption, Oyegun said.

”Insurgency has been tamed, while the issues of militancy and other related security challenges were being diligently attended to by the President.” Oyegun also said that the president was being so ” frugal” with every kobo that accrued to the nation, saying that the economy would soon bounce back. The party national chairman said that no sane and patriotic Nigerian would be pessimistic about the way Buhari was uniquely tackling corruption.

Eminent Nigerians have attested to that statement of fact at different fora.

Had the Ineffectual Buffoon managed to hold on to power, Nigeria would have long been advertised on OLX. Such was their reckless looting of our common patrimony.

I concur.. . Most pple don't know d extent of the damage corruption has brought to d country yet they want Buhari to fix all these in jxt 2 yrs neglecting d 16 yrs of misrule and incompetence. As d saying goes, "Rome was not built in a day".
