The University of Newcastle is offering doctor scholarships for international students. These scholarships are awarded to pursue Juris Doctor programme in the Faculty of Business and Law. The Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Newcastle is designed to equip you with knowledge, clinical experience and the qualifications for admission to legal practice in Australia.

Scholarship degree target: Phd degree in Juris and to be taken within the Faculty of Business and Law.

Scholarship benefit(s): Four (4) scholarships will be offered in 2017; two (2) will be available for International Students and two (2) available for Domestic students. These scholarships will provide a benefit of $2000 payable in two lump sums following the census date of each semester.

Have received an offer and be enrolled in the Juris Doctor program in the Faculty of Business and Law.
Be an international or domestic student.
Be enrolled full-time (minimum 30 units).
