Are Nigerian Youth The Weakest In The World? by PatrickOkunima(m): 8:56am On Nov 01, 2016 |
I just learnt that NDIC is secretly recruiting: https://www.nairaland.com/3439900/ndic-begins-secret-staff-recruitment This is not the first time a federal government establishment will be conducting secret recruitment for children and relatives of Nigerian politicians and their cronies. It happened with CBN, NNPC, FIRS, NIRSAL, PTDF, NIS, NSCDC, to mention but a few. This kind of thing cannot happen in other countries. Why is it different with Nigeria? And I came to the conclusion that it's because our youth are weak. Yes, we don't have the guts to question them, let alone compelling them to reverse the illegal recruitment. If we come out in our numbers, and aggressively to condemn this rubbish and force them to conduct free and fair recruitment, setting examples with one or two, I assure you this will stop. It's my personal opinion. What do you guys think? 1 Like 2 Shares |

If them like make them employ their ancestors and forefathers..... Na them sabi... |

@ maxwell767: What even pains me most is that some of these politicians have companies home and abroad and they will not employ their children to work there. They have enough money to help them set-up their businesses, but they won't do that. Instead, they'll ask poor Nigerians who cannot afford three square meals to embrace entrepreneurship or agriculture. I think these our politicians are demonic. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Are the youths themselves absolved of blame? Are the youths not as corrupt as the politicians in power? Are youths not the ones behind the recent and ongoing wave of banking fraud? Are youths not the ones employed by politicians to rig elections? Are youths not the ones making life difficult for those who want to have their own homes? Are youths not the ones ready to vandalize public equipment all in the name of protesting? Youths account for nothing less than 60% of the total Nigerian population, youths can end the crisis in Nigeria but will; greed, inordinate sexual desires, selfish interest, double standards, nepotism, laziness, ethnocentrism, blind religious practice and herding behavior ever let the youth wake up to their responsibility! We need to stop pointing fingers at the old, failed and corrupt politicians in our country and deal with our shortcomings as youths...it is then and only then that we can wrest Nigeria from the forces of destruction... 4 Likes 1 Share |
