I surely knows Halloween means All Hallows evening that likely originated from pagan celtic tradition. But unlike what its origin stand for, people in western world these days celebrate it by wearing their customs and show off their creativity with scary stuff while having fun all the way, while kids go around in the neighborhood trick or treating with the hope of getting candies. You know what?, you can never understand since you haven't been to a western country before .
