They want to employ more people to be cutting light... Well, the thing get money Sha as people will pay for reconnection fee and or beg u with 1k to allow them go pay their bill by the following week....

They don't pay d new recruit well , sacking old staff and recruiting those they wl pay peanuts. The new MD is an Indian so better be prepared for slave labour
