Girls do go through phases in life. And it's the duty of their mother or older sister to take them through these phases, so as to get things right. Areas like menstruation (monthly period) personal hygiene, relationship, sex, academic etc is never an easy terrain for most girls when growing up. And to worsen the situation, some mothers are either too shy or not there to guide and provide the necessary advice and assistance to their daughters when such is needed. And that is where the support of older sisters are required. You need to be there for your younger sisters when they are growing up, so that they don't end up making mistakes. Even if nobody was there for you while you were growing up, it doesn't mean you should neglect your sister during her own time...please teach her well.. Advise her, put her through on how to deal with and take care of herself during her monthly period, have good personal hygiene, understand what sex and relationship is all about, and why she shouldn't get involved in such until when the time is right, in order to avoid stories that touches. When you teach her well, she will forever be grateful to you...her sister...But mind you, if you are not clean or responsible yourself, you can't teach your younger sister to be the opposite. So do the needful and show your sister the right path to take and the right thing to do...
