this thread is to document the design and construction of a seven bedroom bungalow at onitsha,the project have already reached plastering (rendering) level but we will try our best to document the pictures in a chronological manner.

the project is still ongoing, the owner made it clear that she has no upper budget but would build to her taste, we're only paid for design,management and supervision while she pays for supplies and labour fees directly to the workers, that way, we assured her there's no room for fraud.

Ok. How much can one budget for foundation to roofing level for a 4 bedroom bungalow? Like an estimate.

bros it depends solely on your taste of finishing,style and area but with 5 million, we can deliver to you a decent four bedroom bungalow.

fencing and four blocks after lintel then comes roofing woodwork, the owner have decided tosave the money for concrete fascia (parapet) and use the money for where else it matters to her.

roofing works and conduit wiring already completed, pictures would be uploaded today as we commence plastering.
