Located in the southeastern part of Nigeria, Oguta
Lake is the largest natural lake in Imo State.
Incredibly beautiful, it is located inside the
equatorial rainforest of the Niger Delta and its
catchment area includes the drainage of a section
of the River Niger and the Njaba River which is also a major tributary for the lake. I look forward to a
day when this lake will become a world-class resort
generating billions of dollars in tourism revenue. It
is so enchanting some believe it is the most
beautiful natural spot in Nigeria. See the photos

Ikedi ohakim s government tried to make a tourist destination by creating awareness about the blue Lake.

It's really very beautiful. IMO State has loads of potential: intelligent, beautiful, quiet people, oil and all of this nature. Then what are we waiting for to develop? Let us also not become boastful nor arrogant; we don't need it. We are not those empty vessels that beat their chests and at the end of the day; are exposed as mere scammers.
