CAN WE REALLY STOP PANIC AND RESTART(crash) IN MMM NIGERIA?
What is panic?
Panic is actually a self defining word which means sudden or an uncontrollable fear or anxiety. It happens when one or more persons starts worrying for something that is not yet happening. Panic happens when people loose their trust on something that is valuable. A great example is the stock market when something or someone triggers a panic it would literally mean whether the majority would either buy or sell their stocks, same thing happens to MMM when a rumour spreads even if its not true it can create doubt which will eventually make people think that they are loosing, when panic is there people then withdraw all of their mavros all at the same time and before we know it in the next morning either the system is on pause mode or the system restarts.
So from here we can actually see that the biggest contributor to panic is fear, fear what? fear of uncertainty, fear of failure, fear of loosing. You will realise that panic is acually the weakness of every financial organisation not only MMM infact banks and insurance companies will do all they can to stop any panic attacks on their clients. Now its also very possible with MMM.
Can we really create a system that is free from Panic and restart? my opinion is that yes it can be possible but it can only be done by corperation and harmonious relationship among members, guiders and the administration. Members upon hearing any form of rumour should remain calm, patient and should as soon as posible ask their guiders or other strong participants of MMM before spreading such rumours as it has been scientifically proven that rumours spreads faster than wild fire. Guiders must learn how to calm their members when they feel that there is a potential Hazard of panic and as we would observe from a great guider in leadership who has shown loyalty and cooperation during tough times, while those guiders with weak leadership will just fly away and find other opportunities just to satisfy their needs for money. This should also serve as a wake up call to all weak guiders who do less or nothing in informing their followers. During panic times it will also be a great help if the administration will listen to members suggestions And reccommendations this would make the majority feel that their opinion is greatly appreciated in developing the community.
Though panic is inevitable but it can be easily be extinguished like a fire, if people know how to respond positively and calm to the situation. Fear will always be there but as long as you trust yourself and your teammates the fear would transform into courage and when we can overcome panic by starting to change our mindset the next chanllenge would be a piece of cake.
